The original Cambrian Airways website first went online on the 30^th June 2003, since that time there have been many changes and additions to the site. Although, at times, there have been occasional problems with the site hosting, many changes and a move to a new hosting server should have resolved these past issues. Cambrian Airways flew the Welsh dragon for 40 years, later with BKS.Northeast as British Air Services , a division of BEA, until all were absorbed along with BOAC to form British Airways in the mid 1970’s. This site will also cover other airlines that have attempted to make a base in Wales over the years and additionally Channel airways, the only other main force in the 1950’s and 60’s not to have a dedicated website of it’s own.
